Born with Cerebral Palsy and confined to a wheelchair, Joey began playing guitar and writing songs at age three. His first stage appearance was with 70's rock legend Edgar Winter at six, and after that he knew that music was what he wanted to do. The Joey Odum Blues Project is a power trio that combines driving grooves with mostly crisp and clean, but strong guitar work. Come see for yourself what it is like to be part of the Joey Odum Experience! "Work Hard To Play The Blues" is the debut release from The Joey Odum Blues Project featuring Joey Odum with two of Southern Illinois' finest musicians.
